The Prayer Interlink team will celebrate it’s 10th anniversary in 2013. It was conceived of as an idea and put into operation by Vickie Parsonage and Alma Schumann, and today there are 19 ladies who each form a link in this prayer chain to offer up prayers of intercession so that others may receive healing, provision, restoration, comfort, protection and hope for emergency situations and urgent needs. God honours our coming before Him in prayer and we believe that there is strength in us joining together in praying over the petitions that are brought to our notice.
In the words of E.M. Bounds: “God shapes the world by prayer. The more praying there is in the world the better the world will be, the mightier the forces against evil.” Andrew Murray states: “God’s giving is inseparably connected with our asking. Only by intercession can that power be brought down from heaven which will enable the Church to conquer the world.”
